Red Bud Tree

This photo shows the problem with Redbud trees. They're so sparse, that the flowers don't hardly show up. Perhaps a "bollard" style pruning would make it more visible in bloom, but is bound to look hideous in leaf.

Partarre

 Parterre, the Sweetness Daffodils started early and sporadically kept going in the mild spring. They only bloomed about half as much as last year. May need fertilizer or more sun or more cold.

 The five spots are just starting 10%. I've not yet perfected getting complete coverage.

Singles

 This daffodil is in the rose of sharon border.

These Iris just aren't liking the verge.
